The judges' decisions are final.

Finalists will be requested to remove all credits, logos, festival laurels/awards and text of any description.  Only the title is to be included.  It is the responsibility of the filmmaker to ensure that the quality of the trailer is maintained. Exceptions will be made if there is a name that will be recognized by a Hollywood audience, as this will stimulate interest.

Trailers that have been submitted to a previous Trailer Film Festival can resubmit iFmajor changes have been made.

All projects must have world rights available.  If films have been screened at promotional events or or qualifying runs, they are still eligible.

Films that have played in the major festivals, e.g. Sundance, Cannes etc. are not eligible.  They will be recognized by the industry and this is not the unique content we wish to brand ourselves with.

Films on self-distribution channels are eligible as filmmakers reserve all rights.

The Trailer Festival reserves the right to reject or disquality submissions at its discretion without any refund to the filmmaker.
